Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology. Internship at V5 Movement and Cognition Lab.
Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?
While completing my internship in California I was approached by a friend and asked if I would be interested in an associate trauma position with Depuy Synthes. I interviewed, did not get the job, but looked into Medical Sales College as a way to break into the industry.
How did you learn about Medical Sales College?
I called my dad?s cousin who works for DJO in their marketing division. He told me there were young kids like me who were having success with Medical Sales College. I went on Google, made a phone call, and the rest is history.
What ultimately made you decide to attend?
The job placement stats were convincing. I needed a boost to get my career started.
Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.
Small class size. M-F, 7am-4pm. Lecture consisted of power point presentations. As students, we presented on different technologies, there were hands on labs.
Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?
How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?
The process for getting into the MSC from start to finish was about 2 weeks.

What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?
Everyone is looking for B to B sales experience. Getting hired is a lot easier if you can put that you have sales experience on your resume.
What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?
Getting a feel for what employers expect from new associates. MSC gives you a good foundation to go out into the field and learn the job duties quickly.
