6 months.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

Hiring Manager viewed my video on the website and called me for a first interview. We met at Panera Bread for about an hour. From there I met with one of his best reps in the area to make sure he liked me and we got along, had a lot in common which led to him thinking I would be a great fit. From there, I had two phone interviews with the Director of Sales for Trauma and the Director of Sales for Ortho Recon. They were extensive phone interviews with lots of questions and scenarios. From there I was offered the job. Two month long process.
