I graduated from The University of Texas as a pre-med student eager to work in the healthcare industry.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

Medical sales is a great combination of my strengths in the subject of science/anatomy as well as my interpersonal communication skills.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

My friend attended MSC before me and had a great experience.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

I ultimately decided to stop pursuing jobs on my own and attend MSC to give me a better understanding of the industry.

My instructor was thorough, real, experienced, and tough. He had tenure in this industry that is beyond valuable.

To make themselves more marketable and portray an interest in the industry.. You now have skin in the game.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

3 months.

What is your current job like?

I work in Trauma? Every day is different and exciting. I constantly have to be thinking on my feet and I am also on call 24/7.

What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?

This process is tough, extremely long and very competitive... But with the right attitude, competitiveness and resilient effort, you can land the job of a lifetime.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

An understanding of how this industry works, what hiring managers are looking for, and the technical knowledge of products to back it all up.
