Tell me a little about your background.

I was a biology major in college. After graduating I began working in a physical therapy office as an aide trying to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. I ultimately decided to go in a different direction and medical sales caught my eye.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

I have always had a competitive nature and an interest in the orthopedic field - this industry seemed like the perfect fit.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

I had a friend from my hometown go through the program.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

I wanted to be able to get my foot in the door in the medical device industry.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

It was traditional classroom style training with a mixture of sales learning and gaining experience in the operating rooms.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

To get their foot in the door with these companies who want you to have experience in the field. Also to build and accumulate your knowledge about companies and the products they may be providing.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

A couple months.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

I would say ultimately gaining knowledge about the industry and understanding the day to day process of the jobs at hand.
