Tell me a little about your background.

Organ/Tissue Procurement - Donor Coordinator

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

It has been my upmost interest since graduating college to land a job in Medical Device Sales. Given both the clinical and sales aspects, among many other attractive qualities of the job, I knew this was the right career path for myself.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

Testimonials from friends that attended MSC.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

Attending MSC aids in allowing you to make meaningful connections with employers that may have employment opportunities available. Before attending MSC, it was a struggle to draw attention from employers for a first interview. Due to the time, effort, and money I invested into MSC, I had no issue convincing employers that I was firmly invested in pursuing this career path. Furthermore, because of the clinical training I received at MSC, I was able to sufficiently prepare and present clinical projects that were asked of me during the interview process.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

Over a year

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

I interviewed with multiple companies after graduating from MSC. For the Globus Medical opportunity, I had several interviews and presented multiple clinical and sales projects.

What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?

I wish I would have went into MSC with a better method of organization for all the material I received and learned.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

I would argue it was the comprehensive clinical training I received at MSC. Without that newly gained clinical knowledge, I may have struggled to convince my interviewers that I was prepared to take on such a role.
