Tell me a little about your background.

I graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2018 with a Healthcare Administration degree and a double minor of Business and Insurance. I worked for Cleveland Clinic for two years as a research coordinator. Our family friend who is in sales is who told me about Medical Sales College. Shortly after he told me about the school I applied and was accepted. I have now accepted a medical sales job with Maxtown Medical.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

I love the medical field but also love to build relationships. I've wanted to be in medical sales since high school.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

A family friend who is in medical sales.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

Medical sales has always been my dream job and I new I needed to take the next steps to pursuing my dream.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

Having a family friend in medical sales has helped me a lot on top of Medical Sales College. My training for medical sales would fall between these two. Today is my first day at my new job so i have not started training yet.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

This school stands out. I have established myself in this career field because of this school. The professionalism of the instructors and the informative curriculum awarded me a wealth of knowledge in medical sales

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

About a year.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

I received a call while I was at lunch and from that call I met up for coffee with maxtown medical two days after. I then went to Columbus, Ohio to meet the rest of the team and was offered the job a few days later.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

Going through mock interviews/speaking with doctors with the class.
