Tell me a little about your background.

I graduated from college with a degree in Business and Communications. I spent the next 4-5 years gaining sales experience. I identifying MSC as a way to get into the device industry.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

I wanted to have a job that felt like a career or lifestyle. I also wanted something that would take care of me financially down the road.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

Through multiple people within the industry.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

It felt like the right time to make the move into the industry

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

I enjoyed the hands on training specifically with reconstruction. Our recon teacher was dynamite and helped me learn the things I needed to know to stick out in an interview.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

Attending MSC will give you a way to stick out from the competition and will get you interview interest from companies.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

I didn't try prior to MSC.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

I had a phone interview with a partner at the distributorship then I met all 4 partners at a restaurant in Memphis. Following that meeting, I had a sit down interview with both of the heads of the distributorship and after this I was offered the job.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

The most valuable information I learned was the 21 steps in a knee replacement. This is what we discussed during my interview for much of the time.
