Tell me a little about your background.

I was a former athlete and recruiter looking to get into medical sales.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

I was interested in medical sales for financial reasons and an interest in helping others. Sales is a great opportunity to rely on yourself for financial growth.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

I saw a posting for the internship that was offered and found the school that way.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

Referrals and talking to former students.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

It was great. Online is different so not as great as the in person, but for financial and logistical reasons it was a great course for me. My professor was a great asset and I believe I learned a lot within 8 weeks.

Medical Sales College can provide the knowledge and networking connections that can give you that extra help to get into a business that is extremely difficult to get into.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

Less than 6 months.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

I had four interviews, two that were phone calls and two that were zoom interviews and then they asked for references.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

Profiling surgeons, insight on medical sales, biologics, realistic expectations of what to expect in this area of work.
