Justin Steele

Justin comes with over 14 years of Orthopedic sales experience. While working at a hospital?s central processing department in Northern Utah, Justin leveraged his networking skills to create relationships with distributors, manufacture representatives, and surgical staff. In the fall of 2005, he was given an opportunity to work for a regional distributorship while still completing his Bachelor?s Degree in Technical Sales at Weber State University. Justin then worked for a large independent distributor in the Western United States providing case coverage for Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeries. In 2007 he was approached by a small growing Foot and Ankle company, Orthopro, with an opportunity to start a distributorship in Colorado. He soon expanded into the Upper Extremity market as well, carrying TriMed and Metasurg among others, in the rapidly advancing and growing extremities market. Enthusiastic and always interested in emerging technologies, he was recruited by Materialise, a pioneer and leader in 3D printing. With Materialise, Justin worked with extremity surgeons on complex malunions and non-unions traveling nationally and internationally. His strong foot and ankle relationships in Colorado led him back into a Regional Manager role with Metasurg whom he previously distributed for. Upon Metasurg?s acquisition, he had his first opportunity to work as a trainer at Medical Sales College. It was then that Justin realized his passion for educating and teaching aspiring students. Lured away by a start-up opportunity with a foot and ankle company, Novastep, he managed cadaver labs and educational meetings for surgeons, residents, as well as distributors and their representatives for a 4 year period of time. Making a return to Medical Sales College in Summer of 2019, Justin brings expansive knowledge of distribution, training, and management of both upper and lower extremity products and we are excited to have him leading the development of our Extremities program. When Justin isn?t busy working you will find him with his family, biking and skiing in the Rocky Mountain?s he calls home!
