How did you learn about Medical Sales College?
I learned about Medical Sales College while doing research online on the medical sales industry.
What ultimately made you decide to attend?
What ultimately made me decide to attend the college was that if I didn?t give it a shot, I would never know if the program worked or not.
Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.
My experience once I began my training with Medical Sales College was extremely positive. There was a lot to learn in a short amount of time, but the training we received was second to none. Our instructor, Eric Nofsinger, was extremely knowledgeable. All of my classmates have become lifelong friends.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?
How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?
I tried to get into the industry for quite some time. The process was a little discouraging at times.
Did you have any fears about attending the School? What were they?
I believe most people have some fear when embarking on anything new. One of my fears was, what if I went through the program and was still unable to break into the industry?
Explain what your interview process was like.
The interview process had many steps. I had an initial phone interview with a Stryker recruiter. I then had a phone interview with my manager followed by a face to face with him. From there I completed a Gallup Sales Test, a ride-along with a local rep, and another phone interview with the Director of Sales. Finally, I flew to Seattle and had 3 more face to face interviews with the Marketing Director, Senior Director of Sales, and Senior Human Resources Manager. I was offered the position shortly thereafter.
