Tell me a little about your background.

I received my Master's degree in Bioethics from Emory University. I then went on to work in a surgeon's office for 1.5 years

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

After my internship at Children's Healthcare of ATL, I knew I wanted to be in a clinical setting. While employed at Children's Healthcare of ATL and Atlanta Otology, I had the chance to speak with a few different med device reps. After speaking with them, I knew this was the career path for me, and I enrolled at MSC.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

Google.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

MSC was very thorough and gave me a great foundation of knowledge and skills that will enable me to quickly excel in the industry.

Describe your experience with Dynamic Consultative Sales training.

My sales trainer was a great teacher. I enjoyed role-playing and our final project presentation. I felt more confident about my skills after sales week.

Describe your Career Development training experience.

The career development training taught me how to network, prepare for interviews, and navigate the interview process with confidence.

Being a recent college graduate, how did MSC help you to prepare to enter the professional workforce?

MSC gave me technical skills are applicable knowledge to the field I want to begin a career in.

What made you choose to invest in more education by attending MSC after just recently graduating college?

My college education and work experience were not helping me get a job in medical sales. I knew I needed to invest in my future, and MSC had great statistics and reviews.

How did placement services help accelerate your entry into the medical device sales industry?

Placement services were instrumental in my success at landing a job in the industry. They gave great advice, tips, feedback, and leads on potential job openings.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

Attending MSC is the first step in investing in your future. All the instructors truly care that you learn and understand the material and know how to apply it to future job interviews and your career. Upon graduating, the placement services teams are your constant cheerleaders, sounding boards for ideas and questions, and always there to help you land your dream job.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

I tried to land a job in the industry for close to a year and never got an interview.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

The process consisted of an initial call with the recruiter, a zoom call with my potential supervisor, taking the Gallup assessment, a zoom call with the sales team, and then receiving my offer.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

The most valuable things I took away from MSC were the Interviewing skills and learning how to profile products
