Tell me a little about your background.

I was a former professional cheerleader with a bachelor?s degree in political science from Miami University. I also was an intern at a local medical device manufacturing company.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

Throughout my undergrad in college I was an intern at a medical device manufacturing company.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

I learned about MSC through my internship.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

After speaking with a CEO of a medical device company, I realized that MSC was the only way for me to gain both clinical knowledge and also hands-on experience before entering the medical device world.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

My training at MSC was very hands-on and ?real life? situation oriented.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

You should attend MSC because there truly is not a better way to get the necessary knowledge and experience in the industry. I cannot imagine getting into this industry without having gone to MSC first.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

About 8 months.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

I put together a cervical plate set and walked the interviewer step by step through the process. I also performed an ACDF on a saw-bone and then gave a brief presentation on the information I had retained.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

The most valuable piece of information that I learned at MSC that ultimately helped me land my position is to always be myself and make sure that the company is a good fit for me and also to do the homework and make sure I?m buttoned up.
