Student Testimonials

Tell me a little about your background.
I got my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and continued my education by obtaining a master?s degree in Biomechanics. While in school, I originally wanted to go the PT route, but after shadowing for many hours I realized it wasn?t for me. I grew up playing sports and continued in college competing in triathlons and I completed an Ironman after my senior year.
Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?
I wanted to be a part of something where I could make an impact, and I always knew I wanted to be in the medical field. It was the perfect fit for me. The industry is fast paced, competitive, and every day is different. You get to make a difference and make lasting relationships with those around you. You must be on your toes ready to go, and I really like that about this industry.
How did you learn about Medical Sales College?
A family friend told me about it.
What ultimately made you decide to attend?
I wanted to set myself up in the best way possible to be successful in this field and be able to show to employers that I have the knowledge and I?m serious about this job. What really attracted me to the college was the success that students were having getting a job and the curriculum. Everything you learn is so valuable.
Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.
It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone trying to get into the field. It was an intense but fun environment. All the teachers truly had your best interest and wanted you to learn as much as possible to be successful.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?
I tried for 7 months. I kept getting the response that I did not have the sales experience. While I have the science background for the job, it wasn?t enough to break into the industry.

No.
