I learned a lot and built great relationships with my peers and instructors.

What is the most valuable piece of information that you learned while attending MSC which ultimately helped you land your position?

Addressed my lack of sales experience and how I would make up for it, KNEW OR PROTOCOL (feeling comfortable in the OR allowed me to be able to get to know the staff better), profiled all the products I would see during shadowing.

Provides knowledge that most reps take 10 years to learn.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

Not long before I discovered MSC.

Did you have any fears about attending the School? What were they?

How long it would take me to secure a job afterward.

Explain what your interview process was like.

1. Phone call with a rep in the company
2. Coffee with principal distributor
3. 2-3 full days in the OR meeting surgeons and shadowing the top reps with following phone calls with distributor
4. Final meet/offer in person with distributor and top rep
5. Began work 3 days after offer was accepted
