Tell me a little about your background.

For the past six years, I was a Strength and Conditioning coach. I knew I wanted to get into the medical device industry after speaking with a few friends that have been in the industry for a few years. I decided to attend MSC because I felt it would put me in the best position to get my foot in the door.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

I always had a passion for helping people and taking on new challenges. Pursuing a medical sales career would give me the best opportunity to grow as a professional and earn a living in an exciting and dynamic industry.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

A former MCS student told me about his experience attending the school.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

I wanted to prove to myself how serious I was about getting into the industry. After graduating from MSC I developed an even bigger passion for the medical sales industry and I knew this is what I wanted to do as a career.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

The training at MSC was intense and fast paced. It prepared me for what the days would be like as a sales representative. After graduating MSC, I felt fully prepared to get started in the industry.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

You should attend MSC if you really want to get a jump start in your career. The preparation and detail you will receive during your time there will prepare you to succeed in the industry.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

About a year.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

I went through four interviews before I got an offer. MSC has a great placement team that helped me prepare for each step of the process.

What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?

I wish I would have attended MSC earlier in my professional career.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

The most valuable piece of information I learned at MSC was to stay persistent on your job search. It took me a couple of rejections before I finally got an offer but I learned from each interview process.
