Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

I loved sales but I wanted a career.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

I learned about Medical Sales College through researching about a career in Medical Device Sales.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

I ultimately decided to attend MSC after about a year of looking into it, talking to past students, and employers.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

Everyone at MSC was so willing and able to help with all of my questions. They were very hospitable. It is a lot of information in a short amount of time but if you are driven and dedicated to this industry it is worth it.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

This industry is so in depth. Everything you learn at MSC just scratches the surface of what you will learn in this unique industry but I couldn?t have broken in without MSC.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

I didn?t try to get into the industry before attending because I knew how difficult it was prior.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

I was interviewing with Stryker, NuVasive, Abbott, and a distributor when I got the offer. It was strenuous and difficult.

What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?

It is a hard industry to break into. People say this all the time but networking and marketing yourself is by far the thing I wish I would have known how to do prior to attending.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

This is a difficult question because everything that I learned at MSC was valuable. The thing that helped me most land the position was how to network and being able to talk their language.
