Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.
Well, let me put it this way. It was difficult!! Married with 3 kids and commuting, was in itself extremely trying! Throw couple spouts of the flu, my husband being hospitalized for kidney stones, me being sick and having extreme headaches possibly related to high blood pressure in there and you got yourself a goooood time!! Yes the content is a lot, but if I can do it, so can you!!! These people really care about you and your future and they go the extra mile to help you! I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Rick Prentiss, Logan Nofziger, Scott Binder, Loren Deren and Jim Rogers. These people pour their heart and soul into MSC everyday and I cannot thank them enough!!
Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?
Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.
What is your current job like?
I have started training. My manager and I talk on phone, he gives me things to study and look up. Then we catch up the next day. This is a newer company with no ?formal? training so he is educating me on product and marketing and I?m making list of prospects. Then we reconvene!
What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?
Honestly I cant think of anything but to say be prepared to build lasting relationships with people! I had NO idea in just 8 short weeks I would grow to love so many people I sat in a classroom with for 40 hours a week! I truly miss them and still keep in contact with many of them!!
