Tell me a little about your background.

I graduated from Louisiana Tech University in May of 2020 with a degree in Kinesiology and a Health Science concentration.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

Ultimately what made me want to pursue a career in medical device sales is the relationship building that comes along with it. Being an asset in the OR and the thought of helping doctors problem solve in pressured situations is what hooked me in.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

Instagram.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

After talking with a few reps that worked with my dad, I kept getting the same answer. They said we?re hiring directly from this school called ?Medical Sales College," so the reputation that MSC had in the field was a good one. I knew that it would provide a good foundation of knowledge before entering the field.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

The training at MSC was excellent. The instructors genuinely love what they are teaching, and I believe that?s what makes the class so engaging. From reconstruction to trauma to extremities, we learned each division's basic principles to have an intelligent conversation with a healthcare professional.

Describe your experience with Dynamic Consultative Sales training.

Sales week was my favorite week by far! We learned many different tactics in approaching doctors. Once we learned how/when to approach them, we learned ways to guide the conversation. It was very beneficial. My sales trainer is a beast at what she does!

Describe your Career Development training experience.

The career development week was really helpful and informative. Our trainer gave us so many interviewing tips that helped me land my job.

Being a recent college graduate, how did MSC help you to prepare to enter the professional workforce?

MSC provided a great foundation for me to be able to enter the medical device industry. It gave me the knowledge to have more than just a surface-level conversation about a procedure or product.

What made you choose to invest in more education by attending MSC after just recently graduating college?

I decided to attend MSC after the reps I spoke to said that they hire directly from MSC. Investing the $14k is well worth the return you?ll get after only a few years in the industry.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

MSC provides a great foundation to start on. Especially if you?re a fresh college graduate like myself, you will need something on your resume, if you don?t have that ?2 years of sales experience", to even land an interview.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

The most valuable thing I learned at MSC was how to profile different products and develop a product presentation. For my 3rd and final interview, I had to do a product presentation. They were very impressed with how much research I did to back up my product. With that being said, I couldn't have done it without MSC.
