Tell me a little about your background.

Competitive Snowboarding took a toll on most of my life growing up. Injures and learning on the fly was my life. I'm a South Jersey native that has lived in eight different states who settled in Texas. I learned many lessons at Arizona State University. I enjoy the outdoors and can be found hunting or fishing. I'm highly attuned to one's emotions and enjoy using that skill to improve one's state of living in a positive way. I love playing hockey and physical sports, as well as meeting new people and exploring new possibilities.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

I wanted to make an impact of my own coming from doctors and surgeons in the family. I also didn't want to go to medical school. I saw that my skill sets went well along with medical sales positions.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

I was searching for alternative ways of getting into the field online. I knew I wanted to be in the medical industry, just not sure of what specialty. I also wanted hands-on learning from industry experts.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

The success rate of job placement.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

As one of my classmates said. "It's like drinking out of a fire hose." Prepare to learn a lot at an extremely fast pace. No time to rest or slack off!

I will say, my class wasn't like the rest. I was blessed to have eight different teachers along with my journey. All with various backgrounds, personalities, and teaching methods. I viewed that as a positive thing. It forces you to adapt quickly and deal with multiple curveballs.

This school isn't made for everyone. If you're not diligent and have a great work ethic you will fall short!

The teachers at MSC truly want to see you succeed. They will also not go easy on ya! Having thick skin will definitely help. One thing that I truly appreciated was one teacher Mrs.Richards, still pursued my journey to help by continually teaching/preparing me for interviews after graduating.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

If you want to gain industry knowledge and learn from experienced professionals, then MSC is a great start. They prepare you so you know what to expect once in the industry. They also help you get your foot in the door.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

I didn't try prior to attending MSC.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

I had multiple phone interviews and one finally web interview with the CEO. It was a long process due to Covid-19.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

Real life experience being taught. The grit and determination of not only knowing the information, but being able to apply it in a fast pace environment. That many curveballs will be thrown at you, you will need to be able to adapt quickly.
