Career advancement.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

Through LinkedIn, and role models.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

My training experience at MSC was mind blowing. Our instructors not only taught us about the Medical Device Industry, but also taught us how to speak the Medical Device language. From directional terms to in depth anatomy at a cellular level. After graduating I was able to hold conversations with hiring managers and senior representatives, with genuine understanding of medical terminology and instrumentation.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

To show commitment to the industry, and the ability to fluently understand what a surgeon is saying/describing.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

1-Phone interview, very casual, general background questions 2-In person interview, again mainly general background questions, MSC questions. 3-In person, questions were about leadership, work ethic, experiences. 4-Panel Interview with Dan?s team, 5 Team members, generic background questions, ?get to know me questions? 5-Dinner with the Team, In depth background questions, ?can we work with this guy questions? 6-Phone call the next day.
