Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

I wanted to learn as much as possible about the field and to give myself a head start in the industry.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

I really enjoyed the instructors and curriculum throughout the training. It was a great opportunity to learn more about Medical Devices and how they work and are implemented with the human body.

What is the most valuable piece of information that you learned while attending MSC which ultimately helped you land your position?

The most valuable information I gathered at MSC was the valuable lesson on how the interview process works and what to expect in order to achieve the most success.

To do themselves a favor and learn as much as possible to enhance their success.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

6 Months.

Explain what your interview process was like.

- The first interview was an online series of video questions through HireVue
- Secondly, I met with company representatives to discuss my qualifications and I presented a product for them.
- Thirdly, I interacted with the team in their work environment through ride alongs.

What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?

That it is okay to fail, even if you have to try hundreds of times, you have to get back up and keep going.
