Student Testimonials

Tell me a little about your background.
I graduated from college with the intent of going to medical school. I worked for 1 year as a medical scribe and went through the medical school application process. I was eventually accepted into my top choice for school, but I came to the conclusion that I would be happier in a different area of the medical field.
Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?
I was interested in medical sales because I was searching for a career in healthcare different than that of a physician and came across medical sales. I wanted a healthy work-life balance, the opportunity for career progression, and solid pay, which this career path seemed to provide.
How did you learn about Medical Sales College?
I learned about MSC through a pharmaceutical sales rep who suggested that I look into medical device sales while I was working as a medical scribe. MSC was one of the first results to come up.
What ultimately made you decide to attend?
I felt that the medical sales industry was the best career path for me, so I decided to attend MSC to make myself a more competitive candidate for a position.
Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.
The courses at MSC go through extensive bookwork to teach you about anatomy, biomechanics, pathologies, treatment options, medical devices, etc. This knowledge is applied periodically in a laboratory setting with various procedures/techniques and then tested nearly every week. There were also many opportunities to practice speaking in front of groups prior to the final product presentation.
Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?
How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

I wish I would have heard of this industry earlier on!
