Tell me a little about your background.
I graduated from the University of MA Lowell with a bachelor?s in biology focused on human anatomy and physiology and cell biology. I also worked as a patient care technician for three years throughout college.
Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?
I?ve always been passionate about science and medicine and being a part of emergent medical technology was extremely enticing.

I was researching the industry and the MSC webpage kept appearing, I spent a great deal of time looking into the school and its accreditation and decided to make the investment in my education.
What ultimately made you decide to attend?
I read countless placed graduate testimonials which truly spoke to the value of the program. Kim Smalley?s way of screening candidates over the phone also spoke to the seriousness of MSC.

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.
What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?
I wish I knew that I?d be joining a company that?s mainly sports medicine and extremities! Nonetheless, my training from the spine program has really taught me how to approach learning different material.
What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?
Taking charge of your own education is key. After graduating MSC I continued to study for every opportunity I had to talk with an employer. There wasn?t a second that I wanted to allow myself to be unprepared for a question, even in the most informal of circumstances. My position ended up being with Arthrex. Nonetheless, I studied sports medicine and Arthrex surgical techniques to prove my eligibility. NEVER STOP LEARNING.
