Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

Working in athletics can be very volatile and has a very low ceiling for financial growth. Making the transition into medical sales is a natural progression for me which will allow me to utilize my previous experience, education & skills, while also allowing me to build a more secure future for myself.

The education I received in this program gave me the best opportunity to sell myself during the interview process. It also prepared me for the medical device industry and I now feel like I can walk into the job and begin to make an impact immediately, even with minimal sales experience.

I had 5 interviews including my initial call with the recruiter, a pre-recorded virtual interview & 3 phone/video interviews.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

The value of research & preparation in relation to sales. Specifically learning how to profile surgeons, products & facilities.
