Tell me a little about your background.

In college I worked in a PT clinic and majored in Kinesiology.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

I had a sales job and liked sales I just didn't think the industry I was in was the right fit. I loved the medical field and always knew there was a place for me somewhere which lead me to medical sales.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

Word of mouth from a medical sales rep.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

I didn't like my job and my family and I had heard great things about Medical Sales College, it seemed like the obvious choice

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

The course work was difficult but nothing impossible, the teachers and their stories and pep talks really made a difference for me. I learned just how much you have to know to be a medical sales rep.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

I think if you have no background in the medical field you have to go, because it teaches you so much. But for me, it showed me what it takes to be a great rep and I feel as if it's attainable in my new role. I think MSC grads are more likely to stick it out and do better at their job in the beginning.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?

Less than 6 months

Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.

I interviewed for a couple companies, I applied for a lot. BioWave found me via Med Reps and within 2 weeks of interviewing they offered me a job.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

I knew about the science and a little about sales, but MSC showed me really what it looks like to be a medical sales rep. I don't feel like there will be many surprises in my new role.
