Tell me a little about your background.
I attended Illinois State University where I studied Biology. Originally, I planned on continuing my education through dental school, but after speaking with dentists in my area, I decided that I would pursue a different route.
Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?
I was initially introduced to the field through a professor of mine where he recommended a medical sales career for me. After researching, I realized that it was a fast paced and rewarding field and that is exactly what I was looking for.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?
I was not receiving any interest from medical sales companies and I viewed Medical Sales College as an avenue to obtain the required knowledge and sales training to become a competitive applicant.
Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.
It was a great experience to be able to pick the brains of the professors who were very successful in the field. They provided endless amounts of first hand knowledge that filled in the gaps of information that you would not get from just reading powerpoint slides.
Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

Right now I am working on credentialing

Be patient and trust that you will find the perfect position to fit your skill set.
What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?
The most valuable thing I learned is to become an expert on your product. The second that someone thinks you are not knowledgeable about the product, they will not listen to what you have to say.
