Tell me a little about your background.

I grew up in Vermillion, SD and graduated college there in 2012 with a degree in Mass Communication. I moved to Sioux Falls right after to start working inbound customer service with Wells Fargo. I did that for 5 years going through customer service and sales, then I looked for other career opportunities. Eventually, it led me to attend MSC.

Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?

My wife works as a nurse in surgery and put the idea in my head and I always thought how awesome it would be to be able to help out a surgeon during the surgery. I imagined it would be one of the best jobs to have. Not to mention, you work with some of the smartest people and deal with some of the most cutting edge technology in the medical field.

How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

I saw it posted on medreps.com when I was looking for jobs and saw the post for the internship opportunity. I decided not to pursue it after talking with Jim Rogers via his webinar and took the combo class route.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

Seeing how successful their placement rate was, on top of how they teach their students using previous reps for instructors.
