How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

LinkedIn.

What ultimately made you decide to attend?

I believed that MSC would get me farther than other candidates also trying to jumpstart their careers in medical sales.

Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.

What I loved the most about MSC was the hands-on training. It really gave me a better understanding of what my day-to-day life would be like as an associate.

Describe your experience with Dynamic Consultative Sales training.

My sales instructor made this training really easy to grasp. We'd watch multiple videos from different companies within the industry. Our class would also role-play which really helped build everyone's confidence! Roleplay and practice are key.

Describe your Career Development training experience.

My career development instructors were amazing! That week is crucial for your future interview experiences. They are the reason I'd reach out to multiple people daily. I felt that people took me more seriously because of how I formulated my messages. I owe that all to them.

Being a recent college graduate, how did MSC help you to prepare to enter the professional workforce?

MSC prepared me to understand products, procedures, materials, and anatomy. I loved the sawbones labs, mock ORs, presentations, and learning how to network! I would say that the last two weeks of the course are the most important.

What made you choose to invest in more education by attending MSC after just recently graduating college?

I decided to invest in MSC because I had no clinical background. I only had college sales experience, which made it difficult to get into this industry.

How did placement services help accelerate your entry into the medical device sales industry?

My career development coordinator would send any job openings she found my way. I was also approached by a few different companies through my ZeroFee Recruiting profile.

Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?

MSC won't teach you ambition, determination, and passion. I believe you need those skills before going to MSC. You should attend MSC if you really want to understand what the industry entails. The medical device industry is one of the hardest industries to get into, especially with no professional sales experience or clinical background. MSC gave me an abundance of resources for becoming more knowledgeable about the career itself and the technical aspect of the industry.

What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?

The most important thing I took away from MSC was the value of networking, networking, and networking! I learned how to sound more professional and how to better formulate the messages I was sending to territory managers and reps.
