Student Testimonials

Tell me a little about your background.
I am former collegiate/professional basketball player. I have 2 1/2 years of B2B sales experience at Cintas in their First Aid & Safety Division.
Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?
Going into college I wanted to become a doctor but decided to get a business degree instead. I felt that medical sales would incorporate both my passion to help people and the challenge of sales.
How did you learn about Medical Sales College?
What ultimately made you decide to attend?
I was constantly interviewing and making it through the interview process but could never get the final offer. I felt that MSC would give me an advantage over other candidates and give me a great foundation to help me break into the industry.
Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.
I could not have asked for better training. Every instructor I had was extremely knowledgeable and challenged us daily.
Why should someone attend Medical Sales College?
How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?
Over a year
Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.
What is your current job like?
I am only two days in but I am already going on ride alongs, dropping off trays, getting my credentials set up, setting up saw bone labs for fellows, etc.
What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?
I wish I would have came to MSC earlier in my career. Although working at Cintas was great sales experience, MSC could have propelled me into the industry a lot earlier.
What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?
The biggest thing for me was having a foundation of anatomy and procedures. I felt so prepared going into my interviews whereas before I knew very little.
