Tell me a little about your background.
Professionally, I spent 11 years working as a Naturopathic physician. My undergraduate training was in Pre-Medicine and Biology.
Why were you interested in pursuing medical sales as a career?
I wanted to use my advanced medical background and teaching experience and apply it in a competitive setting. I was also ready for a transition out of clinical practice.
How did you learn about Medical Sales College?

What ultimately made you decide to attend?
The online program aligned perfectly with my work schedule during my last months in clinical practice. I was able to work during the day and focus my efforts on the course at night and on the weekends.
Please describe your training experience at Medical Sales College.
The team at MSC was fantastic. I spent 6 hours per week online (face-to-face) with my class and spent approx. 40 hours on top of that studying, completing assignments, and preparing video and in-person presentations.

How long did you try to get into the industry before attending MSC? What was that experience like?
MSC was my first step in making the transition from clinical practice into the medical device industry.
Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.
What is your current job like?
I?ll be starting at the beginning of the year as a Product Specialist/Field Sales Representative. I?ll be flown to company headquarters for training and a yearly kick-off meeting. I?ll work from my home office covering a territory spanning several states.
What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?
That it would lead me to the place I am now. I?m so grateful for my experiences at MSC!
